If you only want a page like toggle, here is an example. Only step 2 is needed to get its link.

Steps
1. Making a toggle the size of a Heading 1
Use inline TeX equations to make a toggle looks like heading.
Notice that it won't be shown in TOC, so you may need to type your own TOC.

I used
\LARGE\textsf{Heading 1} for Default Font Style example. Choose whatever you want. The Serif Font Style looks more alike.- Default Font Style

There are two ways to get page link, you can click the link to test.
Notice that you can't click an inline equation to open a link (only the TeX edit window will pop up). The only solution I can think of is add an emoji or some characters after or before the equation, and clink that to open the link.
Way 1: Change the toggle into page - copy link - change back
Way 2: Global Block Method
First, copy the link of the toggle block
Then, delete characters after

You can even use Template button to generate certain format. The hyper link will always point to the toggle you generated. Feel free to change the colors.
Here are some templates. To change the text without lost the hyper link, move cursor between 2 letters, add your text, and delete the original texts.
For Heading 1 size toggle, if you open it as a page, the title will be very large and won't return. So I think a heading size number, text size title would be better in usage.
